At ALV, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all ALV tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
